California Residents

As a non-profit, we are not a “business” subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”).

We comply with the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA). CalOPPA requires organizations to inform users of whether the website responds to Do Not Track signals. Some internet browsers have incorporated “Do Not Track” features. Most of these features, when turned on, send a signal to the websites you visit indicating you do not wish to be tracked. Because there is not yet a common understanding of how to interpret DNT signals, nor a common definition of “tracking”, we do not currently respond to DNT signals on Our website.

San Franciscans for Affordable Homes strictly prohibits any use of the Service by a child under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect, use or distribute personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13 to any third parties. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 , We take steps to immediately remove that information from Our servers.

People who register or sign up on the Service may send an email info@homesforsf.com to remove their information at any time.
